Returns & Refunds Policy

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel and return most online purchases within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Faulty items can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. To request a return, email support@premaway.com with your order number.
